If you find any problems with the product, we will try our best to fix / modify your product as much as possible.
In order to be eligible for a fix, you have to notify us within 14 days after you've receied the product.
If you have spotted any issues with SimHub, you may try trouble shootings for the software. Since all products have been tested for at least 2-3 hours + extra, I advise you to try different settings.
We give you rendering pictures and specs of custom builds before you purchase. Any designing related issues can be revised, but not eveything is replaceable. Cables and switches on shifters can be replaceable.
If the problem is too complicated, we may ask you to return the product for a fix. In this case, it must be sent out within two weeks after we tell you to do so.

Since we are a small and growing business we will work with you to try and fix the problem but all sales are final.
